A small senior team. What we do is cross two disciplines that usually live apart.
Quilla is not a hundred-person firm. We are a small, senior, hands-on team. The same people who design the flow are the ones who implement it — the critical phase is never subcontracted.
Audit operations + applied technology systems. Crossing them is what we do differently.
One comes from operations, risk, and process. Almost twenty years at KPMG and Accenture, heading internal audit at a regulated UK bank. Sydney, New York, London. Formal certifications (CISA, PRINCE2, LEAN).
The other comes from systems, digital, and AI. Twelve years running a digital agency in London. Five years of creative technology for VMware, Cisco, and Splunk — global events across Europe, the United States, and Asia. Leadership in Blockchain startups. Today: AI-assisted flows, custom operating systems, and internal tools.
Traditional consulting keeps those two disciplines in separate offices that rarely talk. At Quilla they are the same conversation from day one — we audit the process and build the system in the same engagement.
We chose to do it differently. And we chose to do it from here.
Nearly three combined decades inside Big Four and on Big Tech projects left us seeing the same thing: too many PDFs and too few systems still working the following week. Quilla is the consultancy we would have wanted to hire back then — small, senior, no theater.
Based in Ferrol, Galicia. We work remotely and on-site wherever the operation needs it. No showroom office, no large structure. Consistent with everything else: less theater, more substance.
